Weight assessment
- xi* = the best consequence when measured with attribute Xi
- xi0 = the worst consequence when measured with Xi
- vi = single attribute value function for which vi(xi0 )=0
In the PRIME method the weight of the attribute Xi is defined as
- PRIME Decisions uses a SWING method extension for weight elicitation
- instead of exact values intervals are used
- the highest value = [100,100]
- for more see the “SWING” section in the theory part
- The weight describes the change in the overall value
when the attribute changes from the worst to the best possible level
