Direct rating

1) Rank the alternatives

2) Give 100 points to the best alternative

3) Give 0 points to the worst alternative

4) Rate the remaining alternatives between 0 and 100

Note that direct rating:

• is most appropriate when the performance levels of an attribute  can be judged only with subjective measures

• can be used also for weight elicitation
